What nameservers do I use?

A Nameserver is what controls what web server your domain goes to when visitors access it. If you have registered your domain name with us, then your domain will automatically be set to use our nameservers. If you transfered your domain to RDO Servers, or you have your domain registered elsewhere, you may have to update the nameservers for your domain once you are ready for it to direct visitors to your RDO Servers hosting account.

To point your domain to our hosting servers, use the following nameservers.

Customers using our Windows/Plesk Hosting
ns1.rdoservers.com
ns2.rdoservers.com

Customers using our Linux/cPanel Hosting
ns3.rdoservers.com
ns4.rdoservers.com

Once you save these changes, or make any changes to your DNS settings, it can take up to 72 hours for the changes to be updated in all DNS servers worldwide. However with the speed and performance of RDO Servers, DNS changes are usually updated and propagated much faster!
